FFS. Sky have lost the feed
Some come back. Clearly has dragged them from nowhere to what seems like victory.
Oh wow what a comeback. And no the Sky sports feed has packed up with 3 mins to go! 😡
Phew , its back not missed the finish
What a game, absolutely gutted for Brisbane
Dunno whether Brisbane chucked it or Penrith were just brilliant. Bit of both probably.
Clearly was simply superb in that last 20mins.
SkyGo wouldn’t work in Majorca so tried following via NRL Twitter posting videos a few minutes later. Odd way to follow the game but still got the impression it was a cracker!
Catalans v Saints should be a good one tonight. Alright got my tickets sorted for the Grand Final and I think any of the possible combinations should be a belter.
A real grind of a game. Saints defence has strangled Catalans so far. 15mins to go and it's a dour 4-6 to Saints.
Tomkins with a bit of stardust wins it right at the end. Saints fans will have hated him ending their grip on the silverware.
Grand Final tonight, hopefully it's a cracker between Wigan and Catalans.
I read that Newcastle have joined London (Skolars) in dropping out of League One which isn't great for the sport in those respective area"s though London Bronco's have a shot at getting to Super League in the Championship final.
I'd love to see a Scottish Franchise get a place in League One (or above) to try and grow the game here beyond the 4 or 5 regional clubs that play a very small scale summer league.
And if you need any League today then Australia v Samoa is on Sky this morning.
2-2 at HT. Given there was nothing between these teams at the end of the regular season, it's not surprising this is tight and tense.
Wigan win 10-2 and deservedly so. Catalans had a couple of players in the bin which didn't help but at no point did they look like breaking the Wigan defence.
Wigan Warriors looking to make it a double win tonight. Warriors wheelchair team are in the Grand Final Vs The Leeds Rhinos
London win the championship playoff to gain promotion. Some run they had, beating Sheffield, Featherstone and Toulouse - all away from home.
Went to the game last night, would have preferred it to be a little more open but a good night all the same.
Watched the London game and chuffed for them with the work they put in to player development. Not a single ‘heartlands’ player in their side which has to be an inspiration to all. Shame to miss on a weekend in Toulouse next year though!
Wheelchair final was fantastic. Expected nothing less after going to the wheelchair World Cup final last year.
Sky showing every super league game live starting 2023/24
3-year deal showing 170 games/season, video refs in every game
wonder if they will have Saturday night games, definitely a Sunday game, i can't see them showing two games on a Friday night which leaves five other games to fit in over the weekend, i can possibly see at least one game on a Monday night or another midweek day
this could actually get quite saturated fitting all those games in live, obviously fans of each club will watch their sides games but surely Sky will want those fans also watching the other games for viewing figures, i'll probably only watch the Rhinos games :greengrin
I’m expecting it to be similar to midweek EFL games with one live and others on the red button, albeit maybe a little bit more spread out than the EFL programme. Splitting the games right through from Thursday night to Sunday night causes all sorts of complications with player welfare etc
England v Tonga on BBC1 at the moment. Pretty physical stuff!
Wasn’t expecting that score in the NZ v Aus game
Hell of a result. Thought Flashscores was having a funny turn when I first checked the result!
Not seen any of the England game yet with being at Hampden but sounded like a good win
not only am i surprised Myler has left Rhinos with a year left on his contract Richie Myler: Leeds Rhinos full-back leaves to join Championship side York Knights - BBC Sport
i'm even more surprised he's chosen to drop down a division
Thought he struggled to keep with the pace last season and I guess his options are fairly limited if he wanted to stay around Leeds and Cas or Huddersfield didn’t want him. Not sure his off field activities were particularly well received within the team either.
Elland Road hosting magic weekend for the first time next year :)
