Director Appointments & Terminationsas at 1st June 2025

I receive emails from Companies House advising of any club news that needs to available to view to the public. Today I got 6 emails with various director changes summarised as follows:

Appointment of Mr Colin Campbell Gordon as a director on 1 June 2025
Termination of appointment of Katherine Campbell Gordon as a director on 1 June 2025
Termination of appointment of William Patrick Foley as a director on 1 June 2025
Termination of appointment of Archibald James Stewart Paton as a director on 1 June 2025
Termination of appointment of Scott Fraser as a director on 1 June 2025
Termination of appointment of Robert Begbie as a director on 1 June 2025

I’ll be honest, I dip in and out of the forum, so may have missed this Board shake up as being planned.

However, 5 directors of the club appointments being terminated - including Bill Foley of Black Knights - raises alarm bells. Am I unduly panicking? Thought the Black Knights connection was pretty solid!!
