We stifle **** teams hence Celtic the only side (alongside Sevco) that look like they can give us a game.
Again, what a difference.
We used to be every struggling team's favourite opponents. Teams that hadn't won a game for months would inevitably have their moment against us.
Love seeing all these opposing managers bemoaning their bad luck or whatever. Long may it continue.
Said same last night always bad defending against hibs never nothing about hibs good play, must really be annoying all these so called pundits
Lazy excuses and journalism, we put teams under a high press which leads to the panicking/make mistakes
Andy Halliday said we were a completely different team after we beat Motherwell at the start of the season. Completely stifling them and shutting down every option
Even yesterday, the commentator said the Dundee players were so soft and passive apparently and made it so easy for Hibs.
Whoever it was he did compliment us after the game to be fair but not during the heat of the battle.
Said this walking back to the car yesterday, particularly the last 3 games. Even I have falling into the trap but to put these types of performances in at this critical time of the season deserves nothing but respect. The same thing happened on our last 3 game run when you look at the Celtic Hearts and United run. It was all about luck and decisions.
they were all desperate for us to revert back after losing a late equaliser in Ayrshire.
Hibs are still getting better. Yesterday saw some delightful football and was a joy to watch.
If so many teams are claiming to turn in their worst performances of the season against us, it’s certainly no coincidence.
I actually thought Dundee were decent yesterday, when they got their foot on the ball they were positive and tried to hem us in.
Our back three were immense though, the midfield didn’t give them much time, and we had goal threats all over the pitch. We also looked very fit and very strong.
They weren’t bad, they just couldn’t live with us.
Good enough for me, keep it up guys, maybe see if these unfortunate coincidences/Goodwin style excuses can spill over into the cups next season as well.

I don't think there is any slight in saying a teams worst performance came against us. Good teams make the opposition look poor.
When you are under pressure you make mistakes, misplace passes, make bad decisions etc etc. Dundee misplaced countless passes yesterday, I recall at least 4 occasions one of their players tripped over the ball or let it slip under their foot and out for a throw in and it was all because we were all over them like a rash. Simon Murray was as ineffective as he will be all season because he was nullified by 3 CBs playing at close to their very best (an uncharacteristic shaky 10 minutes from Iredale aside). Their keeper and CB got in a total pickle with a simple through ball because Bowie never allowed them to deal with it.
All those mistakes are forced. From a Dundee perspective that's 'our worst performance of the season'. Looking at it from our perspective it's a case of 'we made that happen'.
Their worst performances do come against us, but that's entirely down to us and the way we're playing. We stop other teams from playing their own game with the work we do out of possession. It's something that we've been historically bad at, but have mastered this season.
Their worst performances are down to us making them look bad. Hibs hunt in packs now, we look fit and well drilled and everyone seems to know what is expected of them, subs and squad payers included. Credit to SDG and the coaching staff for what is a massive turnaround.
At least the Hertz won't have to put up with another 'worst performance' this season. Every cloud, eh lads?
