Can’t recommend anyone, long since hung up my tee square but I used to do the occasional ”homer” many years ago. Best advice I can offer is if you know someone that has had building work done ask them who they used. Many builders now offer a design and build service whereby they’ll handle all the planning and building warrant applications on your behalf and then do the construction work as well. Again go by recommendations if possible.
I haven't used them myself but the contractors building an extension on a property near my in-laws are called Elliot Construction Building Contractors and look to be doing a very efficient job. Think they're Bonnyrigg-based.Quote:
