Anyone been watching the WDF world championship this week
I have been watching it. One very obvious thing that they are doing is not trying to present the tournament as a PDC event and it is very much, best of order please.Quote:

It's on Eurosport 2. Aye it's basically the new BDO which died off a couple of years ago. Nothing much has changed from what I've watched, it's been alright though.Quote:

Andy Baetens was immense last night with a 103 average. Good to see a sold out WDF event on the telly at the same time as the PDC on SKY. Won't miss Paul Nicholson's commentary over the next few days. Name dropping and pointless references to leading PDC players don't do this tournament justice.
Tricole v Menzies was a fantastic match up with the Frenchman prevailing 5-4 . Now plays Neil Duff in the final.
