Not sure about his assessment of Grealish but Chelsea are a top, top side.
They will go very close in the CL again and a large part of that is their discipline and workrate when they don't have the ball.

Though I disagree with him I probably build Hibs players and teams up in my eyes and when speaking to others as he does with English talent so I can't be too critical.
