My old man is struggling to sort out his Single Sign on situation. His client ref isn’t coming up as recognised. Says to call the ticket office, but all phone numbers to ticket office are either dead or not being picked up.
Anyone got any ideas? He was swaying on whether to renew, apathy set in a bit. This isn’t helping from Hibs end lol.

Important dates
Early Bird: Supporters can take advantage of an Early Bird discount for a limited period of time. Supporters have until Friday 4th June at 5pm to renew under the Early Bird pricing. After this point, season tickets will come off sale for a short period of time to allow for some operational changes to be made and should go back on sale at 9pm the same night.
Seat Release Deadline: This date will be announced to supporters in due course. As above we will give one weeks notice of the deadline.
What is the price difference between early bird and standard price?

Still no confirmation email here, although the purchase shows up in my history and I copied the receipt at the time.
Tried "resend email" and nothing happened.
I dealt with Mel Stout in the TO this week when renewing- she was excellent.
