I saw something on BBC news online about them a week or so back. A bunch of shaven headed fat men peddling the same disgusting racist crap as the national front, BNP and English Defence League.
Not in my name thanks, they should be resisted!
:faf:
It'll be those fat middle-aged 'lads' who occasionally used to stand in the middle of the Section 43 toilets having a fag before the doors started being opened at the back. I remember once a few years back the SDL were having one of their wee tantrums outside parliament, and all the old Hibs 'lads' suddenly turned up to a game - I assume since the police were otherwise engaged, they weren't at the football to kb the ones with banning orders. Bunch of these jokers stood smoking in the toilet, chatting about the folk they knew who were at the rally.
Thanks ****** these idiots are a dying breed.
Another facet of extreme British Nationalism. Stupid, ignorant and self important fantasists.
To try and give some balance to the conversation. I have done some research into this group and it is not ias would seem with what has been said. Firstly, their last match in London attracted over 30,000 football fans from teams all across England, all different races and background. No arrests, no BNP banners or Nazi flags etc etc, it was a march against extremists within the U.K.
Additionally, I see that Dianne Abott has called them right wing and extremist and racist,, which is her go to place for most people she doesn't agree with.
I'm not saying there isn't an element within the group, it seems that there maybe. But if we are to believe the word of the BBC, Daily Record and Dianne Abbot then we really are drifting to a dark place.
I don't think it is racist as such. What it is more likely to be is a British Nationlist organisation and will be a gateway into more right wing extremist organisations. To label FLA as racist gets you caught out, those on the far right are learning. Like Tommy Robinson, nothing he says is racist, anti-Islam yes but not racist. They always have a couple of black guys on hand to prove the point and the left wing protesters aren't bright enough to defeat them. People like Robinson are not idiots, they have evolved from the skinhead National Front days. Opposition to them has to evolve also.
The problem is that we do have a issue in Europe with Islam and these half wits are the only ones shouting about it. I'm not clever enough to know what the answer is, but marching about with union flags, reliving the 80s while proclaiming they are standing up for British values is not the solution. They are an us and them organisation and they will find a lot of people to support them, especially in England.

Not as dark a place as the leaders of this group would like to lead some of us. There are some links to the march you refer to. Unfortunately, a section of the marchers din't quite adhere to the description you provide. Several more links to issues with their rather right wings supporters like Tony Robinson.
Beware the scary fat bald men who think they're 21. The Russians must be shaking in their jackboots...
I assume the Rangers 'lads' who displayed their banner so proudly on the last march will be extending their condemnation of religious extremism across the board and denouncing the Orange Order immediately.
If so then fair play to them, about time they took a stand against the bigots within their own support and community.
We don't have a problem with Islam. Or rather, we really shouldn't.
We have an issue in that a particularly nasty, radical form of Islam causes total idiots to carry out atrocities.
This is useful to ar5eholes who stand to profit from divisive, hateful rhetoric. That can come in the form of selling right-wing newspapers, making hateful television programmes or in this guys case a chance for a pitiful excuse of a human being to enjoy his 15 minutes of fame whilst he fronts a movement of like-minded bell ends.
I'm not even going into the multi-factorial problems that exist in the middle east, but the fact is that there are a few more brown skinned people who follow a particular faith kicking about Europe now than there was a few years ago. That might be considered to be a "problem" by some, but one way or another we're going to have to learn how to deal with it, hopefully peacefully.
We need to rise above groups like this, we need to see through them. This is not a positive step, not on any level. Nobody's "kids are going to be safer" with the existence of groups like this.
Everyone that hasn't been booted in the head too often over the course of their life needs to tell them to gtf.
I don't know what the solution to Islamic extremism is, but I know for a fact that it is not more extremism.
You really don't get out enough do you...or are you deliberately gullible?
Robinson is a racist and a fascist to boot. Their march had nowhere near the support claimed and the profiling of the attendee showed direct links to the racist firms who attach themselves to English teams.
Be under no illusions about this bunch. They are racists, fascist thugs and no-one who is not likewise inclined should give them the time of day...and apologists for them or those seeking to give them a platform for the sake of balance are just as bad, if not worse.
I have some sympathy for decent guys who get caught up in the FLA. They do mean well i am sure, they want to stop the immigration of Islamic extremists to the UK and the islamization of europe. There is nothing wrong with that either as everyone is entitled to their own opinion and should be able to voice it peacefully.
But alas the FLA are being lead/marched up the garden path and back again.
Tommy Robinson is a government agent IMO (Look up Tommy Robinson Zionist) and anyone with half a brain can see this. There is nothing wrong with British Nationalism or being a British Nationalist just as there is nothing wrong with being a Scottish Nationalist or a Catalonia Nationalist etc.
So you have Tommy Robinson who is IMO a government agent and the ex SAS guy big Pill Champion, another government agent IMO setting up this FLA to march up and down the streets achieving nothing, not a thing except getting their photo's taken and branded racists by some left wing 'thinkers'.
They would be better putting pressure on the local MP's or starting a new political party but alas the mass immigration from the middle east and north africa is being facilitated by our governments under the instruction of the banking elites, political elites, lobby groups and big business.
it's a globalist plan, destroy nation states and have endless supply of cheap labour via migration, the more violence on the streets the better from our governments point of view as this is what is desired by governments so they can further the police state.
Just my take on it.
I can't see this mob getting much support from many Hibs 'lads'. In fact I can easily see them being chased out of Leith. This type belong to Ibrox and Gorgie. Free hugs all round over there.
Extremist groups are attractive to young naive males. Starting a new group will not stop another group.
If supporters are concerned about extremism then why not get behind something like ‘show racism the red card’ which Hibs are affiliated to.
The FLA was set up to try unite ‘lads’ - the term used down south for the ’lads’ running about in the various firns down here . I agree with those who’ve said it’s more of a front for right wing groups who are attempting this “march and grow” tactic. I remember when BNP used to leaflet outside Ibrox and Tynecastle but never came near Easter Road so hopefully they’ll get zero support if they do appear.
This thread is not going well.
What absolute fools. Laughable. How many you ever actually been anywhere?
Try working on a few different continents & being so gobby & see where it gets you. Adapt, respect, that's where it's at. Not internet experts!
I'm personally doubtful about the intentions of some of the people who attach themselves to groups like this and think there's a bit more to it than genuinely trying to make a stand against terrorism. However if you're hated by a racist bigot such as Diane Abbott then you must be doing something right.
