• Are you employed and paying council tax? No, I'm a tax dodging student.

• Do you know how regularly the boxes are collected and if so do you think there should be any changes made to the service? No, I don't have a box

• Do you recycle? If not. Why not? No, it isn't as convenient in a shared flat as it is in a house. Essentially, I can't be bothered.

• If council tax was reduced only to those who recycle, would you? Yes, assuming I was eligible to pay council tax.
