Anyone else watching this tonight? Im in two minds
They are going to be trialling games at myreside for a while and see if its any benefit coming away from murrayfield, think its a good move for them as murrayfield is far to big for club rugby up here
Anyone have a punt on the horses on here? I just won a few quid on very cool in the 13:40.
Hi anyone into F1  Below is a link to RTÉ Sports News article about the new Ferrari F10 car for the coming F1 season; http://www.rte.ie/sport/motorsport/2010/0128/ferrari.html?RTEMAILID I've been following the F1 scene on and off since 1996 and I'm not sure how it will pan out...
McLaren have launched their 2010 F1 season car, the MP4-25. I have only been able to find one decent picture of it so far and it is at http://carlaunch.mclaren.com/ IMHO that is one mean looking machine! Cammy :cool2:
from RTÉ Sports News F1 rules changes to be put forward Tuesday, 2 February 2010 15:53 Proposed Formula One rule changes including the introduction of a new points system will be submitted to the World Motorsport Council within 48 hours, the FIA announced on Tuesday. The re-designed...
Hello folks, Just wondering if any fellow Hibbies follow the GAA Gaelic games, i.e. gaelic football and hurling? I also include TCA camogie in the question as well for the ladies (and any men who love to watch strapping young Irish women exerting themselves vigorously for 60 minutes). If you...
Loses first set in Dubai on tiebreaker - not playing well, not in control! Just taken the second set 6-3, so that's better, Andy!!
Here we go again: England's cricket team 'WON A DRAW' against SA apparently in SA today!! How exactly do you 'win' a draw'?? They scored 175 runs (or so) against the Boks. They had one wicket in hand. SA declared with 3 wickets in hand - How on earth is this not just a defeat, never...
i'm watching the Murray game but i'm not 100% sure i understand the scoring, how many breaks make up a set etc and how many sets need to be won? sorry if this question is a bit thick
Anyone know of any decent boats available to charter for a sea fishing trip with rods etc available to rent?
Anybody staying up to watch this ? I was goung to post this fight in the boxing thread but I feel it deserves it's own thread. This fight hasn't been getting the hype it should be getting in the mainstream UK press but in the boxing world it's being considered as one of the most skilled match...
Anyone ever been to a MMA event before? How is it? Always fancied it, used to be a fan of UFC, don't watch it now much like... What is the standard of 'Kudegra'? What are the crowds like? Full of jakey/chavs? Can you get a pint? :greengrin Any info would be great.
Major crash on 1st lap involving about 6 bikes....ouch. Crash on last lap on the home straight with Morales touching bike in front, going down at 170MPH, bike bouncing off his back and then he hit the wall...ouch. He is deemed to be okay.....lucky man.
Scotland have just won their first ever away series with a 2nd win over Argentina 13-9. Heres hoping for the six nations.....:agree::agree:
I have the Setanta package on Virgin Media (Telewest as was) but on Friday it started saying I hadn't subscribed to NASN, although the other Setanta channels still work fine. I have tried reporting it but have heard nothing back. Anyone else getting this?
Does anyone else think that Nick Halling is rubbish? I happened to tune into the pool championships today and his voice totally spoiled it for me. Thanks goodness for Mike Carlson is what I say.
That was a sign at the WI vs England test match which was pretty good - especially since England are now 26-7 and still 20 short of reaching their lowest score EVER in a test match. And also on course for an innings defeat - great viewing.
3rd match up today at Rome - early evening I would imagine, except the weather forecast looks bad apparently. This guy/gal posts a thread every day there is a tournament on with details of the days play and also interesting comments. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A50560391
Khabib greatest of all time. Followed by GSP. Thoughts?
In my opinion the greatest sporting event on the calendar bar the World Cup is just around the corner. Who has everyone backed? I’ve taken Cameron Smith hovland Horschel E/W Max Homa E/W
I really wish that the football pyramid would take a proper system with promotion and relegation. Seems like NASL is being killed off to favor USL, but I wonder if a pyramid system is in their plans with USL as a tier 2 as it is more than half a development league? Any thoughts on MLS expansion...
What a comeback.feel free to move this if not in the proper forum.👍
On Itv4 soon .🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
Really sad to see Stephen Hendry struggling now. don't know how to fix the title
Ferrari in bother for dishing out the team orders, meaning that Alonso picked up the win. They've now got a Ł64k fine and a very grumpy Filipe Massa
Looking like it could be a belter with Toyota on the front row and Vettel and Button right behind them. Hopefully they can get a safety-car-free race today. My money's on Vettel again.
Should be a good one today, a circuit with loads of overtaking opportunities. I reckon Vettel will win if he can hold his lead into the first corner :cool2:
Doing a bit better this afternoon. 15-3 up after 35 mins and giving the Springboks a right good going over :agree:
On Soccer AM now - what a bloater.
Cmon Andy Murray
At the risk of getting pelters any Hibs Fans heading to Cardiff ? Should be a belter as Cardiff is a great run-ashore.
Fantastic version of the game. :agree: Just watching Australia v Pakistan in the World Cup. Pakistan need 15 from 15 balls. Mon the Pakistan.
Sports presenter David Vine had passed away this morning. Remember him on Ski Sunday - use to love that programme! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/front_page/7824275.stm
I know its not a sport that features much in here - if at all - but just wanted to say huge congratulations to Giles Brown from the Miss Julia Cross school of TaeKwon-do in South Queensferry on becoming the Light Heavyweight European Champion in sparring at last weekends Euro Championships in...
So not long to go now until the battle commences. Thoughts on how it will go? For me the US are favourites and I think it will be close until the singles with the US storming away with it on the final day. Too many inexperienced and out of form players in the European team.
One last time! :not worth
Good to see Hibs fan Kenny Anderson win the British Super Middleweight Title last night. It's been a long time coming for Kenny and hopefully we can now see a bit more of him. That said; I think he'll have to do a wee bit better than he did last night: he took too many punches for my liking and...
Obviously can't see past the ab's today....20+ points win today....thoughts guys?
What a performance by the all blacks.....after a tough draw last week they totally pumped the wannabes in NZ. Many written off as a ageing team, they showed they've got a few younger players more than willing to come in and keep them nos 1.. Ryan grotty....take a bow son !
