Is there one planned?
Is anybody still watching in Quinns? I've not been for a while, and there are no longer London Hibs emails. Will it be on in Steam Passage in Camden? I see Watford v Chelsea is on at same time.
Anyone know if the game will be on in Quinn’s this Sunday? Cheers
There was a guy that attended LH back in the mid-late 90s His name was Rob - wore glasses. He had a T-shirt business I think making to order amongst other things - just wondered if he was still around. I’m looking for some retro gaming T-shirt’s and the shipping is a killer £4 per T-shirt! Just...
Quinn's still have a problem with Sky feed so game is NOT on
Just had text confirmation from the guvnor that BT Sport is working and he'll be showing the Hearts game this Sunday. 12.15pm kick off.
Guys, looking for a pub in London preferably near Kings cross that is showing the Hearts v Hibs game this week, cheers.
I've moved to the smoke this week - just making sure games are still being shown at Quinns? I've been before so won't fall foul of the dresscode regulations
Is this being shown in Quinns - it is on Premier Sports, so not sure if they show those games?
Is it a goer?
Hi there, I will be in London on the 19th December and was hoping to watch the Rangers game with a few London Hibs, is it still the Quinn’s pub in Camden? Thought I’d ask about all three games against Celtic, Rangers and Hearts in the next few weeks to save multiple threads.
Is Hibs London still active? Website seems a bit out of date, Im moving "down South" from Lancashire to Cambridge/Essex area in the new year.
Hi Called Quinns in Camden last night they are showing the Hearts v Hibs on Wednesday the 31st,well that's what I was told .If wrong please correct me .
I'm not London-based, but having had a wee read through some of the London Hibs thread, I just wondered if I'm missing some sort of tongue in cheek reference to Quinn's? The way it's described on here makes it sound a real cut above most matchday boozers, especailly in relation to the way your...
Hi Does anyone know if the Hibs v Molde game is on the TV and if so where is it showing in London .
Folks - we have secured a new venue for the Tripolis away fixture on Thurday evening. I'll send an email out this afternoon confirming the exact times and location, but the bad news is that numbers may be limited and it'll be on a first-come basis. I'll allocate a table placing to LHSC members...
I am presuming all renovation and restoration is complete and the restaurant has fully reopened? I expect that the gold taps have been re-gilded, the men's cologne collection is in-season, the Egyptian cotton hand-towels have been neatly pressed and stacked and that Benjamin, Quinns longest...
Is the pub in Camden showing the Derby on Friday? Is there anywhere else that anyone knows of? (the less Jambos the better), and preferably North of the river
So with Quinns out of action, are there any alternatives on go?
Only just realised it's on TV tomorrow! Many heading along to Quinn's?
Tim Upton passed away in Luxembourg on 10th Jan. Details are vague for the moment but I've seen it confirmed on a Chess website. Tim was an accomplished player & Scottish internationalist. We believe the funeral will be this Saturday in Luxembourg & charitable donations (possibly a Cancer charity)...
Hi troops can anyone tell me the best pubs for the derby on 27th Dec. Clapham/ Brixton area or anywhere central London !? Thanks in advance Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk
Planning on hitting Quinns for tonights game - we expecting many hibees in attendance?
What's on the menu?
Will the brasserie be open on Saturday or just the piano bar? Just outfit planning for the week so need to make sure I dress appropriately.
Anyone know if Quinn's or any other pubs are likely to be showing the Dundee match tomorrow in London? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm fairly certain I'll not be able to come anyway, but is the game showing at Quinn's tomorrow?
Folks - it's been confirmed that we will be holding a Burns Night on the evening of Saturday 28th January 2017. The venue will be confirmed over the next couple of weeks as we're trying to secure a Thames River Boat for the evening and are awaiting confirmation. This years guests of honour are;...
Hi guys, I am very new to London and a big Hibee supporter. I will be down here for the semi final tomorrow and was wondering if you guys could recommend somewhere to watch the game? Would be a lot better going somewhere with some fellow Hibs fans in attendance. Thanks in advance. GGTTH
All great meals are invocations of other meals, real and imagined. Past meals; the promise of meals; table gossip, snaps, Instagrams and advertisements. The tangible realisation of tables decked with pristine white linen and wine glasses, the unctions of fried garlic and cooked flesh. "Feast" is...
Folks - I must apologise for the radio silence prior to the Dunfermline match - I forgot it was an early evening KO .I will be in contact with Pierre tomorrow and will post the menu.Remember the dress code, folks. Strictly NO ****IN TRAINERS.
KO 5:15 Anybody know if it'll be shown, considering Ireland v France is on and Watford v West Ham. I'll be out in town watching Scottish Eggchasers, and was hoping I could catch this on in Quinns?
As we will all know by now, Pat Quinn is no longer with us and will undoubtedly be pulling pints looking over us on Sunday. I wasn't sure if Quinn's was going to be open for us this coming weekend, so I decided to pay them a visit on Saturday just to make sure, as emails and calls had went...
I heard last night that Pat has passed away. What a Gent! Here's an article about his life from the Camden New Journal: http://www.camdennewjournal.com/pat-quinn-tributes
Folks - we've produced a limited number of t-shirts that will be available at the forthcoming Burns Night. Top quality material and available in one size only (XL) - The cost is only £10 (+£3.50 p&p should they be mailed) - if anyone reading this wants to reserve/order - please either drop me a PM...
As has been the the norm over the last few years, Pierre is once again spending January back home in Paris and the restaurant has a cover-chef for the month of January. This year (or actually since 27th December) Anne Sophie Pic (the only female French chef to currently hold 3 Michelin stars) has...
Folks - apologies for the lateness in starting a thread, but I've only today had it confirmed that Saturday's match against Morton will be shown at Quinn's in the Orangery only. Get there early if you want a seat. There's two private parties occupying both the Brasserie and the Piano Bar and...
Central London has inexorably been losing the social mix that once made it so vibrant. Or rather, it has become vibrant in a different way, with the wealthy of all nations buying up property increasingly unaffordable to the natives. Yet one patch of the centre retains its old character: Camden....
Interested in hearing from anyone who has experience of the London Venue:- http://www.hibs.net/showthread.php?312523-Scotch-Malt-Whisky-Society
We've managed to misplace our flag. It got its first airing at Anderlecht many moons ago and has seen many a battle down the years - but it's now missing - lost - kaput. Us London boys were out-flagged while up at Shrewsbury, not to mention Brondby. Does anyone have it in their possession? ...
