    I recently had Virgin Media installed and was surprised that the installation guy did not instal telephone sockets.     We got the Virgin Train from Glasgow to Carlisle yesterday, I think I might have had excessively high expectations as I generally like Virgin products but I have to say it was brutal. Filthy, cramped, unhelpful staff. Major disappointment.

    Anyone taken up the recent offer of broadband and line rental from Vodafone ? It's £20 for the same package I am on just now which I currently pay £35 for .
