Iím on holiday in turkey and thereís a guy that goes around in roller skates taking orders for drinks and handing out ice lollies. I could easygo and order this myself, but it makes me happy when the guy comes round in his roller skates.

Itís almost an unspoken thing amongst us men and women, but Iím guessing that at some point in time weíre all struggling to lose weight.
I started my diet this week after weighing myself. I was 17st and Iím only 5ft8. Shocking stuff, but Iím sure that we can inspire each other to better things.

I have changed broadband providers from Sky to Bt , My new BT router is upstairs whilst my PC is downstairs , With sky i had my router next to my PC and was connected via a yellow ethertet cable easy peasy..Now i can't have an ethernet cable running from upstairs to downstairs so the BT engineer...
