Itís almost an unspoken thing amongst us men and women, but Iím guessing that at some point in time weíre all struggling to lose weight.
I started my diet this week after weighing myself. I was 17st and Iím only 5ft8. Shocking stuff, but Iím sure that we can inspire each other to better things.
