How come Wales are playing againt Australia at the Millenium Stadium CARDIFF???

Hardly a neutral ground.

I thought I was buying money off the bookies at 10/11 for Aus -11pts but then when I switched it on it came up with "live from Cardiff".

You're right. Romania on Wednesday then the All Blacks on Sunday both at Murrayfield. I just thought, you know, France 2007.

Egg chasers are wierd.

From the official site it says that 10 stadia from France are being used as well as 2 from the UK. Cardiff and Murrayfield.

Maybe we'll beat NZ with our home advantage. Maybe no' though eh:greengrin.

it's something to do with compensating for the autumn internationals that are lost

The reason why Scotland and Wales were allowed to host games. A reward for backing France's bid.

Don't know what you mean D.:greengrin

Nah, Scotland are far too unpredictable. We'll win against Romania but the odds will be awful and I've no idea what Romania are like to even try to predict the handicap.

Nice wee win this weekend though, picking out Soren Hansen today in the golf at 3/1, doubled up with Fiji in the Rugby -1 point in the handicap against Canada @ evens. That was like buying cash off the bookies (although Fiji made it really difficault for themselves towards the end).

Lets see how the American football is going.

I wouldn't be too sure. The Anglo-Scottish Antipodean Rejects XV can be truly awful at times. I don't know how strong the Romanians will be, but I do know one thing - the A-S AR team hasn't a snowball's chance in a very hot place against the All-Blacks.

But the Egg-Chucking isn't exactly riveting TV, IMO. More like Mogadon. :cool2:

Basically France and England were both wanting to host this WC. England had the best bid by all accounts, however wanted to host all games in Englandshire. France said to Scotland and Wales vote on us and we'll give you some games. The French are hosting it really well so far - packed stadia for all the games, even the pishy ones. Look at the crowd yeaterday for Fiji v Canada in Wales, it was an embarrassment.

How many Antipodean Rejects or non-Scots are playing tomorrow Doddie?

We'll pump Romania tomorrow by 40 points. We played them less than a year ago and it was around 49-6 IIRC.

Must admit I'm really looking forward to the scotland v all blacks game on Sunday...they are some team, and I reckon we'll get a bit of a seeing to..but still great to watch these guys in action.
Gone are the days of the pot bellied rugby player, these guys are fit as the proverbial butchers dug, and some. The way they crash into tackles and just pick themselves up...yikes.....all blacks for the cup
