It was never a place I frequented even back in the day but it's always been a cornerstone of the arts industry in Scotland so it's brilliant to have it back :thumbsup:

Good news although I don't think the same owners should have got a second chance, creative Scotland chums. One of the few places in Edinburgh I've noticed how working class I am

I was a member before it went under. I’ve started to go to the cameo a lot more regularly. Great news though.

Caledonian Heritable are the owners of the building now. Kevin Doyle's company. Surprised they didn't turn it into a bar, although I'm sure they'll be aiming to do nicely out of it.

Used to go there quite regularly in the 90s but when I went a bit more recently with kids for the Sunday family movies they used to do I found the seating really uncomfortable. The smaller cinemas were also a bit crap. It definitely needed refurbished.

Different building owners same people running it. I'd expect more Mongolian throat music and whatever creative Scotland chuck into themselves
