Whatever folks opinions were on it, and their opinions of some of the behaviour around Block 7, especially away. What can't be denied is that making it a standing section has been a roaring success. What a total difference from seasons past when it was often half empty and one of the quieter parts of the stadium .... it looked absolutely brilliant on Saturday.

Hopefully next season even more folk will take up residence there and it will be a driving force in making the stadium far more atmospheric .... something it has certainly done this season. As one who long supported this I feel ever so slightly vindicated :na na:

Easter Road has become something of a fortress. Unbeaten in 13 home games stretching back to 9th November, and the only teams to have escaped without a defeat here are Aberdeen and Rangers (twice). The FF Lower has certainly played a part in that.

There has been a real noticeable buzz about the place. Night and day to the dead Easter Road we had become used to over the last few years.

Totally agree. Got myself a ticket in the safe standing section a few times this season and the atmosphere has been top notch. Great views too if you can get yourself a ticket central and as far up the back as possible. Still don't know half the songs Block 7 sing though!

Atmosphere in the lower FF has been great - got our season tickets for there next year. Still learning the newer songs but really enjoy it. There's been a buzz in the East this season too since December - hope it continues!

The atmosphere on Saturday was up there best I've experienced in decades. Was great to see the bottom of the FF rocking and all 4 stands joining in songs. I think B7 not being dressed head to toe in black helped the spectacle and togetherness of the crowd.

Yes a great success. Only gripe stop the mimicking of green brigade. eg The orange b chant

Couldn't agree more definitely a positive with the atmosphere...

However, It's a shame Block Seven feel the need to vandalise the seats / stadium and they should show far more respect for their home stadium and the investment from the owners to enable them to have this area..
