Boyle finishing in joint 4th in the top scorers charts with 15 league goals with Bowie chipping in with 6 goals and missed a lot of the season and mostly made sub appearances.

I know next season could be a squad game if we have to play extra matches in group stages, the first goal today showed what could become a very good partnership.

Aye - Bowie is a proper nuisance for defenders. They seems to work off each other well.

Bowie has been very hit or miss when played this year, totally understandable given the injury! But with a pre-season behind him I think he's going to tear it up for us next season.

We're (national team) crying out for a striker, if Kieron can add more goals to his game, we've cracked it.

Boyle is a legend. Gutted he didn't score his 100th goal with that chance late on. It'll be an unbelievable achievement when it happens, but would've been all that much sweeter if it happened against them.

I really hope he can tear it up next season for us, i have been very impressed with his efforts as was told he would give it 100% every game when he signed.

Will be interesting for next season on what the plans regarding our forwards will be, Next season so far we have Boyle, Bowie, Youan and Vente with speculation on what the future will hold for Youan and Vente.

Think we might go down the route of ALF/Gayle with someone with good experience and a loan for a youngster.

Why so happy? Id rather he was away from the international setup. Playing through existing injuries, muscle injuries sitting cold on long flights, weve seen it before with these clowns .

Let's hope the SFA look after him better this time

Given the way that David Gray and the back room team have managed pragmatically Bowie’s recovery given the nature of the injury, having a medical team with a cavalier attitude to player welfare let loose on him again is a bit alarming.

Great strike force. Both need looked after and internationals (Boyle - Aussie travel, Bowie - Scottish incompetent stupidity) no friends to either.

Big pre season for Bowie still looked like he was blowing a lot if be started or came on

If we can get him fit and keep him injury free he will score plenty as will Boyle

6 goals in 784 minutes of football.

784 mins equates to slightly more than 8.5 games, excellent return

Bowie looks like a very capable finisher and very sharp in the box.

Agree with the above. Massive part of next season.

Given we will (likely) lose Myko, Vente and Youan we will be short on attack.

We need another striker and left sided attacker?
