I hope he’s not going to leave. We absolutely have to keep him. He’s the main reason the defence has been so solid on the good run.

Until you see him play in the flesh, I didn’t quite appreciate how much organisation he does.

The way he hugged the keeper for a long period at the end of the game looked he was saying a goodbye to me.

I hope not, as at his age and given his performances in 2025 it'd be great business to get him signed up again. He looks happy here and he won't necessarily have that elsewhere, so I hope he stays.

The keeper he then returned to the changing rooms with? It would be a bit of an odd display to make a show of a post-game cuddle before they head off together and presumably some end of season event(s) too.

I wouldn't read too much into it, I don't think.
