Hope this gets the green light from the club as I always feel guilty leaving Lilo Lil at home when I travel up.

I talked my mate down here into coming to the Station Mirren game at the start of last season so I bought tickets and booked trains.
Out of the blue, I won hospitality for 2 from HSL so obviously I took my mate. He turned up at my door on the morning of the game, ready to head to the train station, wearing the brightest maroon jumper I have ever seen!
Fortunately, he lives close by so he got taken home to change immediately.
He had no idea! :hilarious

Here come the fun police / uber fans saying they always wear green.
Let’s just get behind the team and the more green the better - plenty fans don’t wear club colours to games so would be good if there was a load of old kits / green tops etc especially since the sun will be out!
Bit more tricky in the winter when it’s freezing and everyone wraps up.

I always get a bit of a laugh when folk look upon wearing the club colours to games as 'uber fan' behaviour ... its pretty bog standard all over the world and has been since scarves, then replica tops and club merchandise, became a thing.
You're bang on about the winter though, if we had summer fitba at least folk would get more use out of that replica top they paid £50 for
As it is I've still got a few replica tops, but since I've had to give up the walking fitba they seem to have shrunk in the wash :greengrin

I’d been thinking this every time someone says ‘wait til after the cup final’, and thought maybe I’d got the wrong end of the stick about Europe :greengrin

Worn green to every game I’ve attended since we bought cardboard rosettes to add to our scarves and strips in the mid sixties. Perhaps I should wear black and a mask tomorrow, just to be different. 😃

I think the majority recognise the significance of the cup final. Its absolutely critical to next season’s European adventures.

We still finish 3rd and are in Europe even if Aberdeen win the cup

We are in Europe no matter what, due to our club finishing 3rd. Forget the final and enjoy the achievement! We’re off to Europe whatever the outcome of the final.

I'd imagine the majority are pretty relaxed about the final. Pretty safe to say Aberdeen aren't winning it.

And if they do, what can we do or could we have done anyway?
I'd be stressed if it was in our hands and we had to win a game or score a certain number of goals or whatever to get it. We have done everything we possibly can though (short of beating Celtic at Celtic Park and actually winning the cup ourselves) so what will be, will be.
I'd have been really disappointed if we hadn't finished 3rd from the position we found ourselves in going into the split. We did though and now where we start in Europe is out of our hands. If that's not with guaranteed group stage football then I'll be disappointed but far less than I would be if the failure was of our own making.
Tomorrow for me is about saluting our achievement in finishing 3rd, not worrying about what Aberdeen do next week.

Anything can happen in football. As PB says above, it would be disappointing to miss out on group stage football - if that comes to pass. But there will still be some kind of European involvement at least.

We’ve finished third in front of our own fans for the first time in 20 years, regardless of what Aberdeen do in the cup final - and with a game to spare. The least we can do is try our best to show a sea of green and a party like atmosphere at Easter road, especially considering where we were at the start of the season.

It can, but it very rarely does.
Forrest was arguably the only player in the Celtic team at Pittodrie who'd be a certain starter at Hampden yet they still thrashed Aberdeen 5-1. They'll most likely hammer them again.
