Joma kit sizes

I'm sure it's been covered many times in the past but can anyone advise on the size conversion for the current kits please?

Is it recommended to size up?

The chart on the site has XXL as 46-52 however I'd usually say that's an XL..

I got a couple in the Easter sale, I'm usually a large in t-shirts and old football tips, went for an XL and it's fits fine, a touch short on the sleeves but no big issue.

Usually a medium in standard t shirts but need a size up in Joma. The large is fitted but guess it’s the style of football shirts nowadays

I'm usually comfy in a medium. I just bought the away goalie top in the sale. Can't remember if only L was left or if I chose the wrong one but it's a good fit.

Got XL home shirt and the grey tracksuit. Both to small although tracksuit trousers fit fine. Flip side, got a XL hoodie which is to big.
