Apparently now due in the summer

They'll be negotiating the "fine" city will pay

It’ll be announced after the summer when they’ve spent a few hundred million, on top of the 200+ they spent in January, coincidentally after they’ve replenished their squad before the punishment

Every other team dealt with during the seasons, a few docked points, they are still just coasting along

Asterisk.

Apparently a thing in Italy where the tainted titles are distinguished from the cleanly won…

I prefer the strikethru and relay the winnings / comp to others myself.

I prefer the stance the UCI took against Lance Armstrong and wiped all his "wins" from their records

Swept under the carpet while the folk highest up the food chain will receive hefty pay offs.

Pep will spend about 600m on players yet again (While being called a genius).

End of story.

There are (at least) 115 charges.

Every single one will be examined and defended, and debated to the nth degree. This wiill take a while.

By contrast, the other clubs mentioned were relatively simple to deal with.

you can just imagine the kids - “come down the backgreen/ park right you be the defence lawyer and I’ll be the prosecution. :) “

Football and the administration of it had become full of power, corruption and lies. Folks either incompetent, complicit or ignorant and certainly asleep at the wheel whilst this shenanigans has been going on - fit and competent out the window.

And few of note seem to care. The only way to make a material difference (which will never happen) is through campaigns and boycotts of the broadcasters and various sponsors.

It would be really interesting if supporters could unite under a single cause - say fair ticket prices and use that as a platform for uniting for change. I won’t hold my breath…

there was a great opportunity in Scotland when (I think WorcesterHibees and son/dad?) devised the first Scotland Supporter Survey. Not sure how that’s worked out now it’s changed hands (how independent are they?).

Without going into politics, is this not the football authorities taking on a country, rather than just a football club, hence maybe the delays

I’d love to take the credit, but not me on this occasion I was busy doing other hugely important stuff like working out how many Wotsits I’ve eaten in my lifetime! I think these are the guys https://www.supporters-direct.scot/activities/supporters-surveys/

They are just chucking money at lawyers to stymie the system. Rich people tend to be able to buy a more fabourable level of "justice" than most others.

hmmm my memory playing tricks but I’m sure two Hibees from Hibs.net father and son - created a survey about how fans felt about the Rangers fiasco and it was such a success the authorities could not ignore what was in danger of being under carpet swept (figuratively speaking)
