It's a wonderful goal, especially for us, but it's nowhere near the best of that lot, unfortunately.

I don't think the camera angle made it look as good as it was either.

Tin hat on, Dwight Gayle’s was my goal of the season, not just the brilliant cushioned finish, but the build up had everything you want to see in a winning goal, from the sheer commitment to keep the ball in play (from Gayle) to the nice slick pass out wide from Nectar, to the pinpoint whipped cross from Nicky Cadden. It was a thing of beauty 👏

Totally agree, I voted Gayle too for all the reasons you state above.

The iredale goal was a beauty of course, but the sheer class of the finish from Gayle was top tier IMO.

No tin hat needed, it’s the best goal we’ve scored this season for all the reasons you’ve mentioned. So satisfying to watch. And a winner at Tynie as well, glorious.
