Hibs - ticket help

I have my mates season ticket tomorrow and also want to take my girl to her first game. I saw that there is a Sign up for Hibs campaign so tried to do that but because I am not a “buying a ticket” we can’t do that option

I need to buy a u18s ticket so that the system puts all this through (which is fine)

My question(s) is/are:

- As it’s my mates ST (and he is abroad) can I change his seat to get into the same stand as the one I’ll be buying my daughter
- I’m obviously only buying 1 ticket but even if I was buying 2…there doesn’t look like 2 seats available. How easy would it be for me to spot a few spaces in the North (where ST is) or East (where most of the kids will be) once the game starts. She’s only 7 so I don’t want to leave her

I went to the ticket office yesterday to sort this for mine. Staff just moved my season ticket seat and assigned another in the south stand for freebie, only place with 2 together. Printed off new QR codes for both tickets.

Pretty sure it could be done over the phone or via email if you have your pals client ref.

Email the ticket office, the guys are great.

The e-ticketing platform we use is way too clunky to try anything vaguely atypical.

Any issues I send an email and the guys sort it out.👍

Not directly related to this query but I went into the TO on Wednesday to renew our season tickets and buy a new seat next to us for an under 13. Went in person as I suspected there could potentially be an issue trying to buy the new kids tickets and add it on etc. the guy I saw was so helpful, dealt with everything quickly and all sorted in about 5 minutes with no problems. Great service.
