Looking forward to it.
Played rangers twice this season
1-1 at home and beat them 3-0 away
Ahead of them in the league - lost 1 in 21
Yet we’re 16/5 (365) to win in 90 mins ..
6/1 half time full time

I know Rangers score a lot, but Hibs have only let in 1 goal in eleven games and that was v Glasgow City. Hibs to win to Nil 17/2 on Willy Hill's:cb Can also get 7/2 on the Hibs win.

Hibs women and their management and coaching teams have been nothing short of remarkable this season.
I don't know much about the womens game but was sure Hibs women were detached from the big 3 for the long term.
Good luck to Hibs today and the supporters who are following them.

Lots of tough tackling and commitment.
Good to see players not falling over and rolling about in 'agony' after the merest touch like the wimps/cheats in the mens game.
Referee is pretty lenient compared to in the men’s game.
I’m at the game so could be wrong but I thought there should have been at least another 2/3 yellows and possibly a red for Rangers for a big studs up challenge. TV will maybe say otherwise.

Getting caught on the ball a lot needs less touches and move it quicker. Rangers have looked good though still in the game.

Nerves or adrenaline I don't know but they are definitely capable of doing better , hopefully half time will settle them and we will see a better 2nd half. They've got the win in them.

Unfortunately the OF will end up dominating women's football in the same way they dominate the men's game, money talks.
Really hard one to take that, been playing so well all season then fail to show up in a final.

Erin is on loan at Hibs and is contracted to Glasgow City until summer 2027.
She's made a world of difference to Hibs this season.
Not many teams in our league have a good keeper.
A masterstroke to get her in.
Hibs well outclassed today by a Rangers team that clicked upfront.
Our women worked hard all game today but money talked.
Thought our open tactics after the break played into their hands.
However, it shows how fantastic Hibs Women have been this season to be level in the league, in late March, with a team with that much quality available to them.
Hope the girls can get right back to winning ways next time out at top 6 whipping girls Motherwell on the 30th March.

It was an unbelievable save to get up so quickly then get down again to get a strong connection on it. A top class save.
Guy next to me was going nuts that she hadn't held the first shot (which I thought was harsh, it wasn't powerful but she was at full stretch) before realising she had saved the 2nd.

No long back from the game, fir park is a dump, they shame is just our old east wit a bit more covering.
I thought up until our chopped off goal we were well in it but that goal just before half time was a real blow.
Their second or possibly 3rd (the one from the free kick) looked offside but those killed the game off.
Rangers looked far more comfortable on the grass, especially when it got wetter n wetter.
Onwards n upwards girls, still a league to be won.

The point about Rangers looking more comfortable on grass had occurred to me as well with so many of the women’s games being played on Astro. It was certainly a factor in what went wrong today.

We really need to stop blaming money. The lack of defensive backup has been an issue for years now. If we can afford an American sub goalie then we can afford to go out and sign the best young defenders.

Absolutely from my distant position in terms of knowledge of performances and players the season has been on a hugely upward trajectory and the coaches and players should take enormous pride in that and credit for that. They are now at the top end of the league and getting to finals. The challenge will be the the response to yesterday and ensuring they finish the league campaign as strongly as possible. Need to bounce back.

The one from the free kick (the 2nd) was roughly 6 yards onside.
Possibly an argument the offside player moved to play the ball however was beaten to it by the onside player however think that would have been harsh. Didn't think the ref was great seemed three or four blatant advantages not played.

I don’t follow the women’s game but took my daughter yesterday. Rangers were considerably better and the score could have been much worse if it wasn’t for our goalie. By all accounts we’re better than we showed yesterday so hopefully they finish the season well. I’m just proud we’ve got these role models for young girls now. There are some real warriors in that team.

That’s cruel.
The two quick goals at the start of the second half did for us. It’s going to be tough picking themselves up for the remaining league games but we do know that this was a blip today, they can play so much better.
Really hope it is just a blip and doesn't knock their confidence too much. Still plenty to play for and more big games coming up.

The point about Rangers looking more comfortable on grass had occurred to me as well with so many of the women’s games being played on Astro. It was certainly a factor in what went wrong today.
Yes, the heavy derby defeat at ER was obviously on grass too, although in saying that they bounced back to win at Tynecastle in the next derby.
My feeling it was more the occasion and bigger crowd which got to them yesterday, bit like that ER derby. We went on a great run after that defeat so fingers crossed we can do similar now. Yesterday was a major disappointment. On paper it looked like it would be a very tight game.

Critchley said the same after we pumped them at Castle View Stadium.

Erin is on loan at Hibs and is contracted to Glasgow City until summer 2027.
She's made a world of difference to Hibs this season.
Not many teams in our league have a good keeper.
A masterstroke to get her in.
that's a pity :( i'm sure Glasgow City coaches will have been watching yesterday
i'm also sure many fans of other clubs will also have been watching and wondered just where on earth that Hibs performance came from, a side top of the league at this stage of the season should simply not be getting a hammering like that
i did already consider yesterday like others that the two largest hammerings this season have both been on Grass, with a larger than normal crowd

Without wishing to sound too controversial, some of our players didn't seem fit enough for professional athletes.
Great effort to get to a final, hats off to them for that.

They looked completely off it yesterday - been doing well all season so not sure if it’s a one off giving that perception.
