My son, who is not into football at all, even though I took him on occasion when he was younger - perhaps that was the problem lol - not easy being a Hibbie sometimes .. anyway .. we visited Kilmarnock today (still here, making a wee Ayrshire weekend of it with him) .. and he said he really enjoyed the atmosphere, and said it was fun, felt part of it in our stand … the singing (I tried to teach him some of the older songs that were being sung by the young supporters … loved that too) … and … just the whole experience …
… he said he would like to come along again for another match before season end 😊💚😊💚 …
.. never too late to become a Hibee … he’s 17 btw … I was - am - an old dad lol …
.. anyway … well done all Hibs supporters there today, and thank you for making my young lad see sense at last 😉
.. wish I could be there more often, but hey … today made up for all that, even if we didn’t manage the win. Didn’t matter, one of my best days ever 🥹
Thank you Hibs and Hibs fans, and mostly my young lad, for today.
