We won at Pittodrie, Tynecastle, beat Celtic, beat Hearts twice in the league, top flight, in the same season, let alone the same 3 month stretch?? And went 15 unbeaten?

Football fans are prone to hyperbole saying "I've never seen...." "This is the best/worst team ever...." and so on.

But I can't remember a season like this tbh

We went 18 games unbeaten all comps between November and March in 1947-48, and we won the league that year. And a 17 league game run that same season. We did 15 in the championship in 2014-15 but thats not top flight obvs, and someone suggested earlier in the thread we did 15 in the 60s/70s but i dont think it was in the same season…

So yes, 15 games in all comps is the best run in top flight in a single season since the days of ration books.
