Celtic home win
Aberdeen home and away wins
Hearts away win

Some serious credit in the bank for SDG and the boys.

We couldn’t have asked any more of any player.

I’m trying to remember in my 60 odd years of supporting Hibs where they fought harder for the win…and I can’t.

Truly proud of them

Warriors. So proud of our entire team today. Rocky’s block off the line was mega and sums up how galvanised we are. GGTTH.

Same here, Fred. 60 years or thereabouts supporting the club and I have never felt as proud of the team as I do now. And I capitulated around October and was calling for pretty much the whole lot to get their P45s. Anything can happen in future and at some point this epic run will certainly end, but the ride has been absolutely magical.

I just hope we can re-sign Rocky and other key players.

Sportsound saying it’s our longest unbeaten run since 1978 ish.

Impressive stuff.

Quite incredible. Had me thinking back to the lennon team from that Jan onwards the way we're playing for each other

I wish I wasn't so hungover because I want to be absolutely buzzing flying about the house just now

Well said, I feel the same Fred. Immensely proud of the team for a terrific and gutsy performance. Well done Sir David too, he stuck by the players when things were looking dire, and is now reaping the rewards. Thoroughly well deserved.

Hibs are a TEAM. Not seen team spirit like it since arguably the cup winning side. Wonder who our captain was back then?....

If ever a team reflected their manager this Hibs team is the one. We had 13 SDGs on the pitch today outfield and to beat Celtc you need that commitment and determination. We were so well organised too and showed plenty of quality with two terrific goals. To lose that goal and then not need Smith to make a save thereafter is proof of how well we defended. You build good teams on defence and organisation and if we can continue to get goals most matches we are in for a great season. Brilliant performance all round and deserved our win especially considering a performance from the officials that was nearly as bad as the St Mirren game. Brenda having the cheek to complain about them too

Some good quality throughout the team alright … real togetherness and fight about them that’s great to see as well . I think DG and his staff deserve enormous credit .

Phenomenal performance. Started to panic a bit after they scored and the substitution decisions. But every sub came on and carried on where the subbed player left off.

Was the first Sunshine on Leith since my Mum's funeral late last year so pretty emotional stuff.

My mother passed away this month. She wouldn’t have appreciated Sunshine on Leith if I’d picked it though, unfortunately. But it is simply the most powerful emotional football song ever has to be said. Walk on some say, but doesn’t come close imho.

Absolutely outstanding.

Everything you want to see in a Hibs team. Aggressive, positive, brave on the ball, pressing, hunting in packs, controlled, disciplined, no little skill, character, team spirit and clinical.

I’m getting pished.

Cheers. Probably shouldn’t have said that, wasn’t looking for reply, but appreciated. Guess it’s all a bit raw still. Bash on and all that, maybe good to have Hibs to distract too I suppose, if you know what I mean. Anyway, feels like a hijack … don’t mean it to be …

.. back to Hibs … proud of every player on that field today, gave their all, got what we deserved 💚

Condolences on your loss, hopefully today’s result brought a smile to your face. The most important thing about SOL is it’s ours, no other teams supporters will sing it, unlike YNWA

Probably went on a bit today about us being positive about our team on here, and in the match thread, but maybe that’s because I’ve had that kind of month. Make the most of it and see the positives is what I’m feeling about things.

I don’t want to deflect this posting here to about anything else, didn’t want that at all, thank you though. So. Back to Hibs. Well done. My old dad would’ve been proud today too, total Hibs and nothing else he was 💚

I'd like to apologise to Sir David for ever doubting him. I should have known that the chosen one, hibernians prodigal son, would turn out to be a great manager too.

Forgive me SDG.

I've had a season ticket for 30 years, so reckon I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I sung my heart out during the game and at the end, not just because we won, but for David Gray. Love that man.

Same here, eating humble pie as I thought mid November it was over for him. So pleased for him to turn it round and today's result is all down to him. Have to say I was singing my heart out at the end with a tear or two running down my cheek, so proud to be a Hibs fan today.

It was one of those rare but incredibly special days that come around every once in a while for Hibs fans, the sort of day that takes a weight off, and instantly validates our life choices after all the rubbish we've watched over the years.

I'm already dreaming of hearing Sunshine on Leith again next Sunday... I'm not getting ahead of myself, but that's what a day like today does.
