Talking about accessibility, Keiran: friends have asked repeatedly about the absence of handrails in the West Upper. One of our party is now unable to go unless one of us is there to help him keep his balance.
Is there any chance of getting anything done?
Kendell repeatedly blanked us.

One I can raise internally and explore options on what is and isn’t possible - I believe that would impact sight lines for specific seats from my knowledge.

Happy to be put in contact with the individual ✅

I was high up in the West last season when I couldn’t get my own seat for a cup tie. I thought the whole situation on the steps, particularly going out,was an accident waiting to happen.Going up is a slog without a handrail but coming down is dangerous in my view.I’m old I know but it only takes a stumble to lead to a chain reaction.

Agree with you on the steps in Upper West and find it was similar in the east stand nearer the back
That's why Lower west suits me

Accident waiting to happen? The stand has been there for quarter of a century now. 😁

Our season tickets are right up the top on the back row AA, any chance the club could put a portiloo up there, for those who like a pint before the game?

My Dad was invited along for the trial on the audio descriptive service. Life long Hibee now in his eighties and had not been at Easter road for a game in eighteen years due to his sight. Getting back to see Hibs again he was like a kid at Christmas, visibly shaking as he approached the ground. Enjoyed the experience so much he took out a season ticket unfortunately covid struck the following season meaning he could no longer attend but that did not stopping him renewing his ticket for that season to watch at home. The joy on his face seeing him back at Easter rd will stay with me for ever. I can't thank the club enough for their support and would urge anyone who knows someone who would benefit from this service to get intouch with the club. This was a game changer for my Dad.
