Error on ticket purchase page

Keep getting the following error when trying to buy tickets. Tickets are assigned correctly so there's nothing wrong with eligibility and there's nowhere to select delivery method. For BTG so not sure there would be anyway.


"Unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately"

BTG tickets have been digital only every time I have purchased them.
