As a limited company unless it’s in our articles of association which I am guessing it probably is there is no legal requirement for the club to have an AGM. I will defer to posters on here who may know better 😁

Previous versions of the Mem and Arts did refer to an AGM, so there was an implied requirement to hold one.

The most recent ones (updated March 24) don't, so there doesn't need to be one.

That most recent update looks and feels like an overhaul, obviously in light of the share issue, but also I think there has been a major review of our practices in that area. That ties in with the reworking of our (incorrect) Confirmation Statements.

I don't think there's anything sinister in not having the AGM requirement in the Mem and Arts, though. It would be a major shift if we didn't hold one.
