There are no easy matches, but, with a bit of a gap before we play Celtic, the next 4 matches are crucial.
They are also an opportunity to get some points against other top 6 rivals.
Motherwell (H)
Ross County (A)
Aberdeen (H)
St Mirren (A)
I don't know how long this excellent unbeaten run will continue, but if we can get 7-10 points I think it will put us in good stead for top 6 and build confidence before we play Celtic.

Dundee Utd have a game in hand, their next 5:
Celtic (A)
St Mirren (A)
Rangers (H)
Kilmarnock (A)
Celtic (A)
If we win our next four, we'll probably go 3rd and almost guarantee a top 6 finish.

Lol I know we’re on a good run but can’t see us winning the next four games Would settle for three wins and a draw

No reason why we shouldn’t win them all!

Motherwell will be tricky, they’ve important players now back. Hearts were lucky getting them when they were depleted. Still think we’ve more than enough to win, need a much better and focused start than on Sunday though. One game at a time.

Definitely a good run of games coming up but it will be tough to maintain our current run. No reason we can't but we've seen all season teams win a few, lose a few. Even a small dip in results can bring a big change in league position. Let's just keep a level head and keep working hard. Many have said but one at a time.

The league is so tight every game is a big game at the moment. We are on the cusp of breaking into the top 6 and then you start thinking you can challenge for Europe but the flip side is even a couple of draws in the next 2 could see us back in 10th or 11th. It's not inconceivable that approaching the split a team could be in touching distance of both Europe and a play off and a single point between 6th and 7th could determine a high stakes end of the season one way or another.
We just need to keep putting points on the board by whatever means. Good performances would be great but I'd take 6 points from the next two with a pair of honking performances right now. Our start means that we are still a fair bit closer to the bottom than 3rd despite our recent good run so we don't have a huge margin for error.
I'm looking forward to the next few games. There is a lot at stake and there is no danger we'll be playing any dead rubbers any time soon.

Motherwell just lost their best player to injury in miller and Jair superstar Tavares won’t be able to play against us

Trying to predict results is not easy, we had a run of 3 away games coming up at Well, Aberdeen and Hearts which looked ominous. We won them all, but likewise we had so called easier fixtures prior to that and hardly picked up any points. Get the tactics and attitude right for every game and see where it takes us.

Amazingly after 22 games we are exactly where we were this time last season. 7th, 26 points, 6 wins, 8 draws, 8 defeats.
Last year there was always a 5/6 point gap to the teams in 10th/11th though so a bit more breathing space compared to this year.
Since the play off began I don't think a team has finished 11th with 10 wins and/or 38 points. After the start we had I'll be happy to hit that as quickly as possible and then take it from there.

Looking at the league table, whoever finishes 11th could well finish with a higher than normal points total. Last few seasons the team in 11th have finished with 35, 34 and 35 points. Can see that being more this season.
Win our two home games and come away from the away games with at least a point to keep us unbeaten in 11 (assuming we beat Clydebank!) going into the Celtic game will have us in a good place.

Toughest of those is Ross County away IMO. Aberdeen can't buy a win and are toothless going forward, we've shown we're a match for Motherwell home (until the daft red card) and away we pumped them. St Mirren are hot and cold.
IF we pick up 3 or 4 wins from these games we are laughing our way in to the top 6.
The ability of all teams except St Johnston to win games is going to make for a really exciting end to the season. They are doomed, but the play-off spot could go to anyone except possibly the top 4, but even Aberdeen and United aren't safe.

Our next 4 games may well give us a brilliant opportunity to put some daylight between us and the play-off spot. Dundee are 1 point behind us at the moment, but their next 5 games(they have a game in hand on us) are…….
Rangers (H)
Celtic (H)
Celtic (A)
Hearts (H)
Aberdeen (H)
We’ve got to do the business but that’s a tough run!

Didn’t think I’d be pining for Joe Newell back in the team but he’s so much better than Kwon. SDG has said Newell will be out for three weeks now so he’ll be a big miss. Hopefully scrape through the league games without him and Clydebank should be taken care of without too much fuss.

The table is bonkers at the moment. With there being only 4 points between relegation playoff (11th) and top half (6th), and the teams between us and 11th placed Hearts all with tough fixtures, its likely Hearts go up 3 places this weekend with a win, and might even overtake us in 7th if we slip up at Motherwell. Very very tight

Every game is big at the moment. Europe or relegation are both still very much on the cards.
Both equally bizarre to be in contention with respect to our bad start and good recent form.

Slight tangent, but I take it the Celtic game is likely to be moved to the Sunday for TV?

It’s mental the run we’ve been on yet we’re only 3 points above 11th!
We need to improve the squad and keep this sort of run going

Our record so far against St Mirren is played 2, lost 2, scored 1, conceded 5.
I'll be delighted if we actually get something from that game and I think Ross county away is a tricky fixture as well.
I don't feel negative about those games, just not taking anything for granted.

I feel like both last season and this season St Mirren at ER were both low points in terms of performance. The defeat at Dundee at least we had the excuse of an early red card.
Hopefully theyre not becoming a bogey team.

I think they've got a pretty savvy manager who has managed to successfully outmanoeuvre a few of our managers and the fairly limp version of 451 that we've played in recent years. It's been like watching the same game a few times now.
It'll be interesting to see whether he manages to do similar with the way we've been playing lately. To be fair to Clement, I thought he had us sussed and dominated us early on last weekend, until we made our tactical tweak.

Really need to get the win on Saturday if we have any aspirations of pushing up the league to a decent position. Can’t let the games drift by. Was like that last season where you’re thinking that a couple of wins from 4 will do you. Then it becomes 2 from 2. Then you need a favour elsewhere to get in to the top six or whatever. We need to get points on the board, especially as we’re still so close to the playoff spot.

No reason why we shouldn’t win them all!
We have injuries and have drawn the last two games so it’s a tall order But we are playing for each other and scoring goals Confidence will be high , so yes let’s go for it , but one game at a time
As we saw against st Johnstone we struggled to break down ten men and against Rangers there was not a lot of quality on the bench to change a game
But will be delighted if in four games time your posting saying told you so
