Just a word of warning to everyone: I bought a few things in the sale a few days ago but I have been charged full price.

I have emailed twice and not heard back and the items have since been posted. I'm hoping to hear I'll be getting refunded the difference but just in case anyone is looking to buy anything at sale price.

Anytime I have looked at the sale, it mentioned that you had to add the code to get the discount.

I hope you manage to get the money back.

Aw I've checked again and seen that - I admit it was on New Years eve and I was a touch steaming and didn't see the code.

I've just had another look on the mobile version of the site and it has now added the discount without the need for a code?

I don't know what grounds I've got for complaining other than re-ordering and sending back the full price order, seems a bit wasteful but it was £130 when it should have been £85!

Yeah just reorder and return the original I reckon.
