We've now missed three penalties of five this in the league season. The last time we managed that in the top flight was 2010/11 (four scored, three missed), but it's not even the new year yet!

I can't recall a time when we have had 2 penalties in a game never mind 2 penalties in quick succession in 2 games. And managed to miss the first and score the second in each!

Missed 2 out of 6 last season (Boyle and Newell).

Sure we've had 4 penalties in one game.
Think Donaldson scored 3.
Something like that.

The long delay played a huge part in missing the first one.

A lot of time to think about missed penalties, the chance to take the lead in a crunch game, a different taker trying his luck - a lot would have been spinning about Cadden’s head.

The quality of Youan’s unsavable strike from the spot a few minutes shouldn’t go underestimated. He showed a strong character to pull off such a strike flirting so close to post and having the confidence to do so.

Scored two missed one then scored from open play in a 4-1 victory

Combe was in goal for Killie

Colin Nish scored for them

Cadden should have played keepy uppy while waiting for the idiots to make up their minds. Or let Youan take the pens.

Professional football players should be scoring 9 out of 10 penalties consistently. Especially if you're the chosen penalty taker for your team.

Even one of the 'goat' players missed penalties, Maradona actually missed 5 in a row!

:agree:

Also progessional goalkeepers should also be saving 3 out of 10 penalties.

Ronaldo and Messi have 85% and 78% respectively. I think only Paul Hanlon has better stats in world football- don't remember him missing.

He missed one, off that I’m certain.

Scored in a shootout, missed in a game a couple of seasons ago, can't remember which game but at ER.

We had two in a Derby about 1975 and missed both, but won 2.1. I remember the game because we played in an all green top (and they were in that Ajax strip they had).

Edit 7th Sept 1974.

Antoine-Curier with the other for us. Everyone convinced we were going to have a stormer of a season.
