Focus rightly on Ross County, but had a little look online and we only have about 18 tickets left in Section Q for sale. I know Section P is uncovered and generally only opens if we have sold out the other two, but have we sold any in Section R? Would be good if they could open that up for bigger groups.

Expensive month for away tickets.

Got tickets in Q the other day, I assumed R was sold out but not sure tbh. Thought 32 quid was a but steep but that's prob what we charge them at er.

Pretty sure R is still to be opened although they usually close off a fair number of seats for segregation.

We won’t be getting R. They change the away allocation based on demand now and we won’t be selling 1500 so they’ll keep it for their own fans

They’ve opened Section R now. It obviously has been reduced from what it was years ago, but think we have been given the same allocation we normally have had over recent visits.

They’ve only been opening about half of that section to us for quite a bit now for segregation. Tickets bought this morning.

On the basis Aberdeen are terrified of Martin Boyle, Elie Youan is on form, and Junior Hoillett left them for us, plus their wingers are their threat, I'd be tempted to start with:

Smith

Miller
OHora
Rocky
Iredale
Obita

Triantis
Newell
Hoillett

Youan
Boyle

Nicky Cadden unlucky to not make the cut but Obita to start for me given the opposition

If we play Gayle, I'd drop Hoillet out and vice versa. Don't think they were offering an outball for the whole first half.

Combined with the defence were holding on to the ball far too long to give the midfield space, that was the reason we really struggled to put moves together first half.

Gayle looked like he could hardly move for parts of the game on Saturday I thought. But get the ball to him in the right areas and he still knows what he’s doing. I think we need to make sure he’s absolutely right for Boxing Day, I don’t think he’ll start all the games over Christmas/New Year so might be a case of prioritising the games he does start.

3 games in 9 days coming up.

Is Miller fit ?
O’Hora hobbled off on Saturday?
Gayle played 80 mins ? Will he be saved for the derby?!
Hoilett - similar ?

It’s difficult as every game right now is important and we don’t have the squad to rotate but feels like in these 3 games we will need fresh legs in the team or will look extremely sluggish.

Will be interesting to see what we pick.

Aberdeen haven’t won a game in last 5.

5 games in a fortnight when you look a bit longer. I don’t think there will be too many changes on Saturday unless they’re enforced.

Gayle is definitely the one we’ll need to look after given he the only real out and out number 9 we have available.

I would go for N Cadden on the wing but would play Obita behind him instead of Diredale who was ripped up for arsepaper by Shayden Morris at Easter Road. Saying that, Jack might have to play if O'Hora is broken.

I think we all would, let's see how Aberdeen goes, if some key players turn up and perform then no reason we can't get a positive result.

Will be a different game than the recent one at Easter Road and I'm looking forward to our next couple of games.

Morris is a flying machine and Iredale got caught out once. Admittedly that instance was poor and cost us a goal but Morris will run past the best of them. I've been largely impressed with Iredale actually in the whole, plays the left centre back well and results have improved since he came in. Possibly more down to the change to 3 at the back.

Power, I've just seen this. I live in Perth.

There's still an Aberdeen tickets sale option on the website, but the hyperlink takes us to a half-ST sale, not the match.

Why couldn't we have bought online and selected collection at TO as our preferred method?

I'm stuck in Perth until 1pm. I was happy to take time out to drive to ER 2moro but normally would know my purchase was secure b4 setting off. Would hate to get there to find out there's none left.

Guess I left it late this time.

Results have improved since we started finishing games with 11 players.
I thought Iredale had a few really wild panicky clearances in the 1st half against Ross County. First time I had seen that from him.
I think he has generally done okay. Made mistakes at the 1st goal Aberdeen goal but was unlucky to get the assist as he tried to make up for his error. Also made a mistake at Celtic's 3rd goal although the major fault at that goal lay squarely with Triantes. At both goals Iredale was ball watching and out of position.
What he hasn't done wrong which separates him from most of his team mates is he hasn't conceded a goal by doing something horrendous whilst on the ball or been sent off so that is a big positive.
He's 28 and played 86 games for a big club in English League 1 which is a good standard so he should be decent. As ever time will tell.

The car park at Cadonas is free and isn't checked (ie like Tesco with their 'max stay 2 hours' signs). It's also at the away end of the ground.
