Ron’s decisions straight away were awful, particularly non-playing staff, cutting corners and costs that were totally unnecessary and insensitive to long standing staff, and handing his son roles he was completely unqualified for through nepotism. Since his obviously very sad passing, his son has shown he is completely incapable nor qualified to run a sporting club and is completely reliant on shysters like Ben Kensall to make (yet again) unqualified footballing decisions.

The Gordon’s have been a complete failure for our football club. Sooner they go, sooner we prosper. Particularly from a community perspective and from a rebuilding trust perspective.

I’m sorry but I’ve done the home and away thing..the blind faith thing..spending lots of money on the team…supporting the team / club but I’m also not a mug and don’t think we should have pish ripped out of us on a weekly basis.

I don’t care about past worse Hibs teams - we are talking about the current team and set up. This team / club is only going one way and that’s the championship. The money lost if we go down will be devastating for years to come. Would rather act sooner than later than just sit back and watch it self destruct in front of our own eyes.

If this team can’t stand a bit of social media pressure we have zero chance of winning football games as shows how fragile they are.

He’d be first on my list. The Chairman sets the tone for the club. He didn’t want to come back. He only took the role on because Ron asked him to do it as he entered the end of his time left. He also asked MM to look after Ben so he has felt like he’s had to keep him in the role.

He didn’t come over well at the last AGM. Even as a non exec we need someone dynamic who is passionate about improving the club. As long as he’s getting fed and watered that’s about all he’s there for.
