Surely this has to be a reality check, it's not working. Gray is far too inexperienced to be managing a club like Hibs. It's not worked and it's time for a change.

As far as VAR going against us, that is a pacifier. Conceding 2 goals today to a team that got beat 4-0 away to hearts several weeks back is simply not good enough, especially when comparing our budget to St Mirren.
