Ian Gordon mentioned in his recent interview that there was a whole new team of scouts in place from the start of this season - surely you’ve got to give them time. From what he said there was a new system in place and recruitment team.

FWIW, I’ve heard there have been a few changes to staff, but not at senior management level. One change has been someone there for a while in the recruitment team (by all accounts a close friend of Ian Gordon) another was in HR.

I was told that these changes have been needed and are a positive thing, systems take time to change and this is it beginning.

You would like to think in this instance then, they have asked, and listened, to the Knights. Or the Knights have approached them saying you really need to be doing this, that and the other and again, its been listened too.
