What is Malky Mckay actually doing as Dire ctor of football since he has got here? Yes Gray is manager and he has to take some blame but we seem to have got worse since Mckay has joined.

It felt grubby when he joined, given his past. Even though I disagreed with the appointment l had thought he might have brought clarity and order to our squad structure and approach to signings, however no such luck. Still a grubby appointment.

Got to keep up the status quo of slating managers or potential managers!

Helped identify and bring in some more poor players. Helped give players contract extensions despite none of those players having the ability to impact games in any meaningful way. Gave Marshall a job and together they brought in a goalie who is somehow worse than he was last season. Doesn't appear to be helping Gray given he's still making the same mistakes at the tail end of the games managing to make us worse defensively in pursuit of trying to make us better. He's now just a other part of the problem that he was supposed to help fix. I could go on...

Ultimately though if anyone gets the bullet anytime soon then Kensall needs to go or at a minimum lose his CEO role and move into managing the commercial side and nothing more. That would come with a substantial wage drop. Can't get rid of the Gordon's easily but they should take a back seat to the Black Knights for a spell. The board needs a shake. Malcolm McPherson can **** off tae.

The whole ****ing lot of them are woeful. Incompetence is rife. Gray at least owns up to some level of accountability.

This is how I feel. If Marshall is responsible for scouting that goalie he needs emptied ASAP!
