I'm ambivalent to Gray staying or leaving because frankly nothing will change. The rot goes beyond who directly manages the playing staff.

We need to act now or we will be in the championship for our 150th years celebrations. David Gray has been part of the coaching team throughout the last three managers time so his appointment was a strange one. The team Photo showed 13 members of staff other than the players. This seems a bit bloated. Bowie was the only signing in the summer that got me enthused.
This might not be popular but would approach Neil Lennon to sort out the mess on the playing side,and need someone to look at the whole organisation/structure of the club.
Act now before it's too late.
