Wondering if Hibs could be super radical and just employ a manager a month at a time?

We can easily change them out if they don't meet whatever criteria the fans are demanding at that point in time, or quickly extend their contract by another month if they are doing well. No manager would be allowed to last more than 3 months in a row though, which keeps it fresh and exciting!

We could let the Black Knights appoint every third manager to keep them happy and feel involved.

Hibs should do their own manager of the month award for one that can win 2 back to back games, such a high bar should give them loads of time to source a trophy.
