Not as embarrassing as his reaction to a clatter in the baws near the end. Sore it might have been but staying on his feet and strutting around like the hunchback of Notre Dame for a couple of minutes was laughable.

Not for me. We were already a player and a half short yesterday between Campbell and Miller. For whatever reason, Youan does not look remotely interested at present. After his last two non performances I was unhappy to see he was on the bench. We just need to cut our losses. He is a fabulous player but his head just seems to be elsewhere.

We hardly did anything yesterday except huff and puff. We created a good chance in the first half and two in the second half. That isn’t the type of football that is going to keep folk going. Watching someone like Chris Cadden being one of your main attacking players.

Myko header, one cleared off the line, Kwon curler tipped wide and Cadden through one on one second half.

The one off the line from the corner was never really threatening to go in and the other was an effort from distance. The boy just easily nodded it away though, no different to the goalie just standing on his line and catching it really. It’s no a criticism of Myko because he couldn’t really do anything else with it whereas I thought he could and should have with the header a minute before.

Yep agreed, poor guy can’t even warm up correctly in some people’s eyes. In the meantime I can confirm he was very much stretching and getting ready to come on. Triantis got sent off about a minute after he came off his warm-up which probably resulted in him being shelved as needed to shore up defensively (didn’t work mind you).

He’s becoming such a scapegoat it’s not even funny. Leave the guy alone and let him play.

We really need to sort this situation out.

It is surely in his interests to be playing and playing well between now and January/June if he wants a decent move. At his age it's likely going to be the biggest move he is going to get. He's not some young prospect; he'll be 26 by the end of this season. If he wants said move to be a decent one then he needs to start putting some performances together to earn it. It's also in our interests to have him playing and playing well because right now we are quite rubbish and an on form Elie Youan improves us.

Surely we can manage the situation to get him to a position where he can give us 3-7 months and we allow him to leave in one of the next two windows. Put an arm round the shoulder and get him happy and fit and we all benefit.

I think it's fair that Molotnikov is given a chance based on what he's done so far this season. I worry about the lack of creativity in the starting line up. Youan is one player who could improve that but he needs to make an impact when he does get a chance. I'd be putting on Youan before Mckirdy but then I don't get to see what these players are doing in training.
