Had a great trip planned around the Dundee Utd game, coming up on the Wednesday for a couple of nights and then flying down from Edinburgh to Bristol for the Bristol Rovers v Bolton game.
We even waited until literally last week to book everything just in case the fixtures were shifted as has happened a few times in the past.
Waste of time, money and effort. Don’t think I can put in to words how wound up I am about this.

Going to see Bob Dylan on the 3rd in Liverpool.

Sensible from hibs to do with a poorly congested fixture list set by the league in an expensive December.
Do like a game under the lights but always prefer a weekend game.

I totally get the logic of moving the utd game but why the Sunday and not the Saturday. unfortunately means I am unable to make the Sunday as something else on that day

I’m assuming hearts are at home that weekend, they’ll of course have the priority on the day as that was the original date given to their match

Hearts are away to St Johnstone, we were meant to be playing Aberdeen at home on the Saturday.

Maybe someone at hibs wanted out of a visit from the in-laws or something then?
Seems strange then that Saturday is free.
Heard on longbangers that we’ve only got 3 Saturday kicks off at 3pm the rest of the year I’m sure, so seems more bizarre we opted to go with Sunday……again.

Hibs are away to Ross County the previous Wednesday, perhaps the Sunday was the preferred choice to give an extra day recovery after the trip up to Dingwall. :dunno:

Perhaps Utd agreed the move to that weekend but preferred the Sunday for some reason🤔

Excellent fixture management by Hibs, Dundee Utd and the SPL as that was a glaring hole in the November fixture list sensibly filled by moving the early December match. ✌️

You'd imagine that's the reason.

Think that’s 3 home 3pm Saturday kickoffs until the end of the year.

Yeah meant to state for home games
Another note we have the derby the week before on the Sunday as well.
So makes complete sense now to give as much time as possible between the 3 fixtures.
Cheers

Our biggest run of fixtures from now without playing the old firm
We have 9 fixtures in a row without playing either side of the uglies
After that is around 4/5 games each time between playing them
I see this as a really good gauge to see if we can get on a run and more importantly put some heavy points together to get up the league
Over to you David gray and players
Come on!

Happy with this, thought I was going to miss the Aberdeen game due to being at murrayfield on the Saturday. Will now make the rugby and the utd game on the Sunday.

Was looking forward to the Aberdeen game, nice that we have brought forward a game for that weekend and will decide at the weekend if I'll come up for that one or the St Mirren.

Not going to bother with a season ticket next season. 3pm Saturdays are becoming less each season
