The accounting year ended in June, so they're probably being worked on/audited just now. It used to be that we'd see them around November, although that has slipped in recent years to February-ish.

I think the change in timing coincided with Ron buying the club. During February is still comfortably within the required timescale to file the accounts. Maybe it was due to Rod Petrie being a chartered accountant and he wanted them done good and early.

If the financial year end is June there is no obligation to file annual accounts until the end of the following March.
