I assume this will be moved as Aberdeen will be playing League Cup Semifinal.

Aye it will likely be the following midweek.

Another weekend without a game ffs. So stop start and then come December we’ll have game after game at the most expensive time of year.

And asking fans to travel in midweek in darkest winter for what was a scheduled 3pm weekend fixture, and always quite an attractive one at that.

We could still play on 2 November if common sense is used.

We've got Dundee United at home on Wed 4 December or we could ask Ross County to move the game up there from Wednesday 30 October.

We’d only be able to ask Dundee United, should Celtic make it through to the semis tomorrow. Ross County play St Mirren that day.

It’s surely a no brainer. Attendance for home and away fans is surely going to be better on the first weekend in November than a midweek at the start of December.

I knew Ross County had moved a fixture to today but didn't realise they'd moved another one as well.

Let's hope Dundee United are sensible.

Don’t think they have moved another one. They were just scheduled to play St Mirren that day anyway.

Yup, exactly this. Full league schedule that weekend planned. Obviously won’t go ahead with Aberdeen, Motherwell, Rangers and probably Celtic involved in the League Cup semis.

What are the most likely midweek dates for Hibs v Aberdeen to be rearranged to?

There goes my birthday treat! It's getting impossible to get up for games nowadays as they keep getting moved.

We should look to play it in the midweek 5th or 6th November, don’t want to add more games to an already ridiculous December schedule. Either that or wait till the new year.
Delighted it’s not in the Saturday as it clashed with the rugby at Murrayfield.

And potential to pick up injuries with so many games close together It’s mental this ends up happening

Surely common sense will take over and bring forward the home game against Dundee United from the first Wednesday in December to the 2nd of November

You would think so, but common sense seems to be lacking on fixture dates.....

Suppose up to both parties to agree however you would think moving a midweek game in fixture congested December to a weekend in a period we have few games would make complete sense.

Wee bit on Aberdeen's start to life under new management from Pie & Bovril Twitter.

‘Jammy Jimmy?
There is a school of thought that he's also been unbelievably jammy with his opening fixtures.

Of those 11 games, 6 have been against lower division opponents.

Of the 11 matches, 7 have been at Pittodrie.

Of the 5 league games played to date 3 were against bottom six finishers last season.

The other two league games were at home to St.Mirren and Kilmarnock who were both away from home in Europe on the Thursday before.

11 wins is still impressive regardless of who it's against. We all remember the Dons losing to the likes of ****ing Darvel in recent times (no offence Darvel).

The Dons have sold their talismanic striker along the way, yet he seems to have somehow turned Papa Gueye into prime Ronaldo in the meantime.

Seven clean sheets in those 11 games is fabulous given how bad the Dons defence was last season

His recruitment looks very good. Nilsen, Mitov and Keskinen all look tremendous buys and getting Nisbet in on loan looks fairly inspired business.

So........

Are we looking at the next Fergie, is it all going to unravel when he has to face the big boys, is it too early to tell, or does P&B simply have an anti-Aberdeen agenda?‘

I do think they've had an easy start, but you still have to win the games.

Do we know when this rearranged date will be confirmed ?
