Saw this as well, my first hibs top but the away one.
Going to treat myself to the home top
What are the sizes like, tight for an overweight father of three or are they true to advertised?

I've still got my original away top.
Still fits me too as they weren't made skin tight back then.

Bought that for my laddie when he was 4. Tiny wee strip but a full sized sponsor logo on it. Looked odd.

I've got the away one but the sponsor is half peeled off, the 50's and 80's retros I've bought in past have been great quality.
Wonder if we get any more training or lesuire wear releases for Christmas time.

The Mitre ones were disappointing as it just seemed to be lacking in attention to detail but these ones look like the real deal based on the website image. Be interesting to know how they are in person and how well they stack up

Got that one myself. Amazingly, found it in a charity shop in Cupar for about a fiver IIRC in the early ‘00s.

Wonder how we’re allowed to produce these ones with the Bukta logo but not with the Mitre one

Possibly just that we agreed a licence fee or whatever to use the logo, but couldn't come to an agreement with Mitre

Don’t think they exist as a manufacturer any more so survive solely on commanding a fee for using the brand.

Probably the worst quality shirt I’ve ever bought. Bobbled and fell apart after 3 washes. Ye could shoot pees through it

Is that the original or the one on sale now? Fancy the home one

I've got the away one and does look really nice.
Just been put in the wash for the first time, so hope it doesn't go the way the previous poster mentioned.

I think he might've been talking about the original shirt because he replied to my post with the photo of my old shirt.

I've just picked up one of each in extra large from
Royal mail. Away fits fine but home made larger so will have to get another one a size down. Both xl but definitely different in size.

Went in shop this week whilst on my rounds
XL was like a tent
Really like the top but the sleeves were to like the original baggy and long
Almost felt mid fitting
Would have preferred shorter sleeves

Is the point of the retro strips not that they’re meant to look like the originals? I pulled out my original Mitre purple and green top a few months back. Couldn’t believe how baggy the sleeves were. My Adidas ones haven’t seen the light of day for over ten years but will hunt them out soon.

Yeah of course
I assumed wrong they would have looked like the original but maybe modernised slightly with fitting
No harm done but the sleeves in my opinion were to flappy and long
Pity as the home one 92/93 is my first kit as a boy
