Does anyone know the opening hours for the ticket office this weekend? Tried the phone number but no answer today. Having issues with hibs kids tickets.

What about when they don’t answer email or phone? Emailed last weekend- nothing.
Been calling for last 20 mins - nothing.

I’d email them again it maybe went in to junk by mistake because the ticket staff are excellent and are very quick to reply usually.

I usually pick up away tickets between 1.30 and 2 on a home matchday and I do that because around 2, they stick up a sign saying matchday tickets only, so maybe try before 2.

Been trying to sort out Hibs Kids tickets for my wee guys first match. Not an easy process. Can anyone advise? Was trying for an adult and 4 year old, Famous Five Lower, West Side (not Rail seating) - would rather not leave it until pre match at the ticket office

Emailed them during the week to move my season seat to get 2 together on the north. Office got back to me within an hour, job done. Never had to wait long when emailing the ticket office.

Thanks, emailed them got a call back within 10 mins and got everything sorted. Can’t complain the guy was really helpful.

They've always emailed me back really quickly. When it's a busy time, maybe a day or so, but most times within an hour or two.

What’s the issue with picking up the phone? Understand at times they’ll be busy but not answering the phone is just unprofessional regardless if they email back quickly.
