Ordering tickets online

Does anyone else have endless problems ordering tickets online? I can’t make the site work today with my pc or Mac, multiple browsers, also my iPhone with three different browsers. I’ve had problems getting pages to load properly or logins to work for ages but usually find a way in eventually, but today I’ve had no joy.

I’m pretty good with tech but is this just a Jakedance problem? I’ve emailed the club a number of times but the ticket office are very reluctant to accept or deny a problem.

Sorry, bit of a boring thread but this is bugging me.

Edit: should add I’ve asked the ticket office if there are acknowledged good and bad devices/browsers but they ignore the question. Infuriating.

Have tried the new app and seeing if the tickets is easier through that?

Had a look earlier looked to be working.
