Just been billed for renewal of my Hibs TV annual ticket. An increase of £44 on last year or about 24%. I like the ability to see my team (quite painful at times) but that is a hefty rise.

Just out of curiosity how much is it for a season? Do you get every home and way game for overseas viewers

You’re kidding? Not signed up to it for years but that is a massive increase. Is this the UK one or international?

I thought the prices were frozen from last year

For my money I get home and away matches unless teams like Celtic have sold them to Premier. The quality has improved over the years from the early Stuart Crowther days and is now usually very good. I advised that my subscription should continue which happened on 3rd September. Previous sub was £180 and I have just been billed with no apparent explanation or warning for £224.99.

Given there's various breaks throughout the year most obviously over the summer, you're as well paying monthly now. I'd like to see an improvement over the low bitrate 720p streams we get just now. Stream quality is acceptable at best in this day and age. Could look to improve it if they're going to up the price.

Yes. What is the rationale behind the price increase

Cheaper with a Firestick (allegedly)

I’ve heard sometimes it’s a bonus and you get the other teams commentary. 😂

A ‘pal’ has told me that some apps are very good and never miss a beat.

Did you not get the email from them at the start of Aug telling us about it and offering it at 179 for the year if you booked before 2nd Sep.

Anyway, i think the whole product has improved massively. There was a while when every game had an issue, some were unwatchable. Never happens now.

I pay it and even keep it in place over summer. Cant make games, 10k miles takes a while! So i see this as ky way of contributing the cause a bit.

Still want half time replays and analysis rather then them ****** off for a cup of tea 'or something stronger if you wish'

I love HibsTV...well i do now it actually works!

Have been told that it is worth checking out the opposition some offerings better than others in their varying degrees of bias

I watched a Hibs v Well game & it was on Well TV. Jock Brown was the commentator & it was the best & impartial commentary I had heard.

Yeah I don't have one of these dodgy sticks but my father in-law does. I was down at his last weekend and tried getting the game on, it would play perfectly for about 2 minutes then buffer. Would have to reload the thing!

Wasn't sure if it was his stream or Hibs TV itself?

Probably his wifi mate - I’ve heard the sticks are pretty reliable normally.

This is the first year since god knows when I didn't renew the subscription, just didn't think it was worth it any more given how often I had no audio or no footage at all.
