Hearts play Omonoia on Thursday the 24th Oct so our game on the Sat will need to change to Sunday 27th now

they will also need to move two sat games v Aberdeen to a sunday and a game at Ibrox will need to move to the Sunday as well

not checked the Sellick/Sevco dates yet

Got to think the derby would have been moved for tv anyway. I know last season that wasn’t the case but it still makes sense.

The alternative is probably Motherwell v Celtic.

Edit - or Aberdeen v Dundee Utd

Reaching the group stages in Europe seems lucrative and will provide exciting trips for the fans but will put a strain on their squad in regards to league performances. Hopefully we can take advantage of that.

Strangely, I find it a bit embarrassing that Hibs have never qualified for the group stages. Regular involvement surely has to be our goal with the BK investment. My own personal goal is a couple of nice wee trips, if the wife allows.:greengrin

That makes absolute sense and invariably will happen, but anyone know when it will be made official?

This looks like it'll definitely be moved to the Sunday with Hearts playing in Europe on the Thursday before.

Not seen anything about a fixture move yet though

it's a pity their game on the 24th is at home, would have been even better if was after the Minsk game in Azerbaijan, Aberdeen could get the benefit of that one.

our kind neighbours will maybe inform us first, still another seven weeks :)

Suits me. I’m in Belfast for a wedding so was going to miss it. I still won’t be able to attend but will find somewhere to watch it over there in get Sunday.

So Naismith getting sacked on the 28th October, not the 27th October.

I'll change my bet with Paddy Power

Moved to the Sunday, but KO TBC
Rangers v Hibs moved to the Sunday too, 12 noon KO and on Sky

I see the Rangers not happy they have to play St Johnstone at 8pm on a Sunday night.

Sounds like Saintees said no to a fixture reversal.

Cue the usual statement. Lacking self awareness after their oversight this season.

Not often we get a league game at Ibrox on the TV

Think it'll be because the Copeland's shut and that'll add a few thousand viewers.

Do you mean rangers are unhappy at having to go to Perth on a Sunday night, and wanted st Johnstone to swap, so that their fans had to travel to Glasgow on a Sunday night?

Good on st Johnstone tbh

Wonder if we'll get tickets for that game if the Copland's shut for our game.

They’ve not having to go to Perth, the game is at Ibrox.

It’s at 8pm due to the Great Scottish Run being on in Glasgow during the day.

Said that to someone last night. I’d say probably not. League rules state reasonable provision should be made for away support, or something along those lines, but when did they ever bother about anything like that.

Yes the Dundee game is at Ibrox because season tickets don’t apply so the crowd will be smaller.Whether Ibrox will be ready for league games-nobody knows.

Fixtures page says 3pm so I doubt either are confirmed tbh although I fancy the ticket website will be nearer to the mark (unfortunately for me)
